Coach Bre

I’ve been strength training for over 15 years and found CrossFit in 2017 and have been doing ever since. I have a Level 1 certification. I have an extensive background in movement quality, strength development, and working with athletes of all ages and experience levels. My goal is to help athletes gain confidence, train smart, and build strength that supports them long term.

Coach Beth

I have been dedicated to CrossFit since 2008, I have earned my Level 1 and Level 2 certifications along with several other continued education CrossFit Courses. With 15 years of coaching experience, I am passionate about teaching others and continually expanding my knowledge of CrossFit and Nutrition. My goal is to inspire individuals to reach their fitness aspirations.

Coach Marcellus

I've been a certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) and dedicated coach since 2019. For me, coaching is all about watching athletes succeed. I enjoy helping members break through plateaus and develop new, complex skills, celebrating every victory along the way. When I'm not coaching, you can usually find me training for or competing in local CrossFit events, fueled by the same competitive spirit I bring to the box every day.

Coach Tyler

I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2007 and have my Level 1,2&3 certificates. Before CrossFit, I worked with Division 1 athletes, NFL athletes, pro rugby players, powerlifters, weightlifters, Paralympians, weight loss/gain athletes and CrossFit Games athletes. My passion is to share my education with each member to help them understand how to perform better.

Coach Roel

Started CrossFit in 2017 after my College football dreams were cut short due to injury. I have my Level 1 certificate and am pursuing my PH certs as well. I am also a barber by trade, which CrossFit has helped me when I need to wrestle clients who don’t give me good tips. My passion for coaching is helping others benefit from CrossFit how I have and more.

Coach Joe

I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2009. I have my Level 1 certificate. I believe CrossFit is for everyone and it prepares you for anything that life may throw at you. Although CrossFit is challenging, it’s also fun! My hope as your coach is to make you feel accomplished and uplifted.

Coach Allison

I fell in love with CrossFit in 2015 and quickly realized fitness was my calling. I have the CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 certificates, I’m ISSA certified and I’m a Mental Health First Responder. I also bring 16 years of Army experience, leading and supporting a wide range of fitness and training activities. I started my journey as a personal trainer to help my daughter through physical therapy and that passion grew into coaching others to become stronger and more confident in their bodies.

Coach Ki

I've been doing CrossFit since 2019. I have a Level 1 certificate. To me the point of working out is to stay healthy and make movements feel natural - so that you can take this new strength into your everyday life. My goal as a coach is to help you get stronger on lots of levels while having fun. I want you to walk out of class feeling proud that you conquered something difficult knowing you're investing in a better you.

Coach Damon

I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2010. I have my Level 1 & 2 certificates and have coached for over 15yrs. I believe no workout prepares you for real life better than CrossFit and I have a passion for making it a fun workout every time.
